I was leery of visiting this site due to the bad reviews. Even after Three or four fantastic times I still was awaiting the other shoe to decrease. I have gone there for a number of repairs and purchases of accessories. So has my spouse. Every time we now have had great service. I bought a gift basket also it broke later than 30 days - they replaced it free of charge and no argument. I found pick up my bike - it wasn done yet. I asked some questions about a new bike. I've attended bike stores that insult you if you ask for a bike under $500. This store has bikes from $200 to $2000 and they know their stuff. I truly don view the other reviews.

I visited buy my wife a motorcycle and also the salesperson was really helpful,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], insisting the smaller bike would suit my spouse best, and that i tended to agree. My spouse visited to get it and also the salesperson was not there. Instead another attempted to sell her a 19 bike that was simply beyond her abilities. They wouldn even let her try small. She went back the next morning and they wouldn even sell her the smaller version. We got our money back but each day and half wasted with sheer idiocy can't ever be replaced.
I went in knowing somewhat what I wanted, had called ahead and knew the things they had in stock, and needed outside assistance deciding between a few different types. First, assumed which i wanted the cheapest bike in the store (basically wanted a $200 piece of junk I go to walmart), and didn have knowledge of why anyone would choose one bike over another. He was most worried about the seat height, colour of the frame, and whether they included toe clips. Comparisons from the brakes, frame materials, geometries, bottom brackets and cranksets, anything vital that you me actually, were met with blank stares making up answers (some of which were clearly false). I realize that some customers are interested only inside a really cute, cheap bike, and maybe that as being a woman makes me more prone to be one such customer. But honestly, this particular service was terrible. There have been guys who did know some helpful stuff, however they were avoiding helping me. Not rude service, just entirely incompetent.

We outta at 6:30 about the dot. past too far to help a fellow cyclist with a flat? that ridiculous. the folks at Sids (34th and 2nd), two minutes before closing time solved the problem well after normal business hours in my duration of bike desperation as they readjusted my bent front derailleur,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], changed my tubes/tires. and even went as far to say the next time you inside a jam, feel free to come across - anytime.
