He has shot 65 half-hour episodes in three months around running a busy restaurant and various other commitments.

"A lot of the products she uses and the way she cooks is really sort of funky," he says.
"I'm finding nowadays that a lot of my customers have dietary issues and I've picked up a few little tips from her on how to put things together that's quite different."
