"They vehemently deny their guilt," the New York Daily News reported Joe Giudice's attorney, Miles Feinstein, told the court. "There's an assumption of innocence and they vehemently assert their innocence." UsMagazine.com said the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars were charged last month with a 39-count indictment that included allegedly conspiring to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud and bankruptcy fraud, as well as making false statements on loan applications.The Giudices were each released on $500,000 unsecured bail bonds.
