My friend had this happen in the Atlanta convention, Jackson didn't go and Catherine Hardwicke went in the place. I am all set to fly cross-country to Phoenix for that TwiTour there and there is speculation that Jackson might not attend that one. (hping if he is doing cxl that Stephenie Meyer will come.) But they do remind you many times within the buying process that if a cast member has other obligations come up and cannot make it, every attempt is going to be made to either bring t hat part of at another reason for the weekend or substitute another person.
I cannot wait for the wedding. I'm just PRAYING that they dont cancel the event all together. I did one for LOTR and found that hard way. Its really sad that they contain the market on doing conventions. Furthermore they overprice everything drastically, you rarely get what you think you're purchasing, and all of their management, CEOs, and event staff allow it to be their goal to ensure that they're as mean and nasty to you as they can often be.
It's great to be see the stars and listen to their pannels, but I'll not have anything to do with Creation again. That's how unbeliveably bad it had been.

I had been in Atlanta for Twi/Tour last weekend and had an incredible time! The Creation staff was incredible as were all your guests, especially Catherine Hardwicke nobody spilled lots of beans.
I really like the truth that Twi/Tour puts some effort into making happens and setting look cool especially when compared to other Twilight conventions. All the conventions have experienced cancellations, part of the deal.
I got all my photo ops at the convention and the photographer, Chris, rocks !!
There's always going to be somebody that complains about something (see below), but the everyone I met was getting the duration of their life in Atlanta.
I'm attending the Twilight convention by Creation in Minneapolis a few days ago, just finished the breakfast where I met Edi, Catherine, and also the Wolf Pack.
For my gold pass $250 I'll have 9 autographs, the Vampire Ball (had a wild time), a live concert with three bands, along with a great seat for all the events in the theatre.
