Craig Flocken estimated eight fires were reported as of 2:30 a.m. Tuesday and another unconfirmed fire was reported later.Police said they made two arrests."It's actually been pretty normal for a night where you have U-M activity going on," Flocken said. "There hasn't really been anything major."Diane Brown, spokeswoman for university police, said the campus department hadn't made any arrests as of 2 a.m. and many of the extra patrols brought in had been sent home.
